Part Time Sales Associate
Market on National is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and friendly sales associate with an eye for design to join our team. This candidate must have a strong ability to communicate with clients, be a self starter, and come to work with a positive attitude.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must prioritize the organization of the showroom by tagging items, putting fabrics + rug samples away, and styling room settings.
Demonstrates strong product knowledge. If you lack knowledge in this field, you must have the willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Must be able to move furniture + be comfortable with hanging artwork.
Communicate with clients and be able to help them out. This candidate will mostly work on the floor, constantly styling and organizing the showroom so it’s important for this candidate to assist clients. A friendly face and going the extra mile to help out is incredibly important.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to help make clients feel comfortable and welcomed at Market on National.
Cleaning the restrooms, vacuuming the showroom weekly, and dusting the furniture will also be part of this candidate’s duties.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A LOVE FOR HOME DECOR AND MUST BELIEVE IN OUR PRODUCT.
This candidate will ideally have prior experience in a retail setting.
This candidate must be willing to work most Saturdays on the month.
This candidate has a great attitude and works well with others and independently.
This candidate is self motivated and needs little direction.
This candidate will ideally have experience with computer programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and AutoCad.
Part time employees will be paid at an hourly rate.
